The 8*19S+8*7+PP 1570 elevator steel rope is engineered for demanding lifting applications with its specialized construction and high-performance characteristics.

Structural Features
Strand Composition

"8*19S" indicates 8 strands with each strand composed of 19 wires in Seale construction. This design features thicker outer wires for enhanced abrasion resistance. "8*7" represents an additional 8 strands, each containing 7 wires.

Core Material

"PP" represents the polypropylene fiber core, which provides excellent flexibility, lubricity, and anti-extrusion capabilities. The fiber core stores lubricating oil to continuously lubricate internal wires and strands.
