Product Overview

35W*K7 - 12 rotary drilling rigs compacted strand wire rope designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring superior performance and durability.

Structural Characteristics

Strand Composition: "35W*K7" indicates 35 strands with 7 wires in each strand. "W" represents Warrington structure with wires arranged in combination of different thicknesses. "K" indicates compacted strand, generally cold-drawn with 10% compression rate.
Twisting Method: Typically uses opposite twisting directions for inner and outer strands. Inner layer is twisted first, followed by outer layer during production.

Performance Characteristics

Excellent Anti-rotation Performance: Opposite twisting directions of inner and outer layers effectively counteract rotational force, minimizing rotation during use.
