Structural Characteristics
  • Strand Composition: "35W*K7" indicates 35 strands with 7 wires in each strand. "W" represents Warrington structure with wires arranged in combination of different thicknesses. "K" indicates compacted strand, generally cold-drawn with 10% compression rate.
  • Twisting Method: Typically uses opposite twisting directions for inner and outer strands. During production, inner layer is twisted first, followed by outer layer.
Performance Characteristics
  • Excellent Anti-rotation Performance: Opposite twisting directions effectively counteract rotational force, minimizing rope rotation during use.
